Seven2Five Pty Ltd welcomes you. We are committed to providing quality services to you, and any pet(s) upon request, and look forward to hosting you shortly. Just before you arrive we share with you our terms. Best to get this part out of the way and understood right up front we find.

Check-in  and Check-out  times

Arrive – after 2pm     Depart – by 11am

If you need an early check in or late check out please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate you. An additional fee may apply.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of booking and will be charged to the nominated credit card. Refunds will not be given for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival. Bookings cancelled with a minimum of 7 days notice will receive a full refund, except for bookings cancelled during the peak Christmas and Easter holiday period (25 December to 31 January; Mid March to End April) which will require a minimum of 30 days notice.

Damage

In the event of any contents being broken or damaged during your stay, the cost of replacing or repairing such breakages or damages will be charged to your credit card. If excessive cleaning time is required to return the cottage or studio to the condition in which you found it, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
